- Photos of the item, outer package, and shipping label if the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or incomplete
Some lighting products have specific installation or power requirements. Ceiling fixtures, pendant lights, outdoor lamps, under-cabinet lights, and ceiling fan lights may require professional installation depending on the product type and local electrical conditions.
