What does Landmarkb™ sell?
Landmarkb™ offers selected lighting products for home use, including desk lamps, vanity mirror lights, ceiling lamps, night lights, pathway lamps, pendant lights, under-cabinet lights, and ceiling fan lights.

Are the products for indoor use only?
Many items are intended for indoor dry locations. Outdoor use is only appropriate when the product page clearly states that the item is suitable for outdoor conditions.

Are bulbs included?
This depends on the product. Some items use integrated LED lighting, while others may require a compatible bulb. Please check the product page for bulb base, wattage, and included parts.

What should I review before ordering?
Please check the voltage, power source, light source, bulb base, wattage limit, dimensions, installation type, indoor/outdoor suitability, and whether professional installation may be needed.

Do mounted or hardwired products require professional help?
For hardwired products, outdoor fixtures, ceiling-mounted lights, pendant lights, under-cabinet lights, and ceiling fan lights, professional installation is recommended.

Can I return an item after installing it?
Installed, wired, used, modified, scratched, broken, incomplete, or missing-parts items may not be eligible for return.

What if the product arrives damaged?
Contact service@landmarkb.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, package, shipping label, and visible issue.

How long does order handling take?
Most orders are prepared within 1–5 business days after confirmation.

How long is delivery?
Most packages arrive within 10–20 business days after shipment. Delivery time may vary by destination, carrier service, weather, holidays, and local conditions.

Will I get tracking?
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
