Shipping Policy

Landmarkb™ ships eligible online orders to supported delivery areas. Shipping time may vary based on inventory status, destination, carrier service, weather, holidays, local delivery operations, inspection procedures, and other factors outside our direct control.

Order Handling
Most orders are prepared within 1–5 business days after order confirmation. Orders are generally not handled on weekends or public holidays.

Transit Estimate
After shipment, most packages arrive within 10–20 business days. Some deliveries may arrive earlier or later depending on the carrier and delivery location.

Shipping Fees
Any applicable shipping fee will be shown at checkout before the order is completed. Customers should review the order total and delivery details before submitting the order.

Tracking
When tracking is available, details will be sent by email. Tracking links may take time to update after the package enters the carrier system.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause delays, return, failed delivery, or loss. Contact us quickly if you notice an address mistake after ordering.

Split Packages
Some orders may arrive in separate packages because of product size, warehouse location, stock availability, or carrier handling requirements.

Delivery Issues
For delayed, lost, damaged, or incomplete deliveries, contact service@landmarkb.com with your order number and tracking details. For damaged deliveries, include photos of the product, package, shipping label, and visible damage within 48 hours.

We will assist where possible, but carrier delays and external delivery conditions may be outside our control.
