Return Policy

Landmarkb™ reviews eligible return requests within 14 days after delivery. Customers must contact us at service@landmarkb.com before returning any product.

To be considered for return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, unwired, clean, undamaged, complete, and in its original packaging. Any included parts must also be returned, such as manuals, brackets, screws, shades, adapters, cables, remotes, bulbs, fan blades, mounting plates, or other accessories.

A return may be refused if the item is:

  • Installed or connected to wiring
  • Used, modified, scratched, cracked, stained, or damaged
  • Missing parts, packaging, manuals, or accessories
  • Damaged by incorrect installation or unsuitable placement
  • Returned without approval
  • Marked as clearance, final sale, customized, or special order where applicable

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide the order number and clear photos of the item, package, shipping label, and visible issue.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by an incorrect, damaged, or defective item. Original shipping fees may not be refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days. The posting time may vary depending on the bank, card provider, or payment service.

Do not send products to the sender address on the package unless our support team confirms the correct return address in writing.
